Marci Charland is a graduate of Grand Valley State University, Allendale, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing as well as a degree in Health Information Management. Marci is an experienced healthcare executive with 30+ years of experience.
She is a Board Certified Patient Advocate, Certified Physician Practice Manager, Certified Healthcare Business Consultant, and a Certified Professional Coder. Marci has a strong and successful reputation for understanding and navigating the healthcare community and serves as a personal guide to understanding benefits and medical bills.
